Carbonated Beverage production line
The series equipment is used in production of PET bottle-packing carbonated beverage such as Coca-Cola, containing gas mineral water, sprite, containing gas juice etc. The machine combines washing/filling/capping with complete automation, and the filling process adopted the micro-pressure technology
Capacity: 1000~10000BPH
Soda water production line with gas include:
¯ Water purification system: To purify the water source (Like from undergound, Spring, River, Well, Brackish, sea and etc). ---Other option. If the water source is good, we will suggest customer to choose UF or NF purification system.
¯ Suger melting device: To melt the sugger.
¯ Carbon dioxide filter: Purify the carbon dioxide
¯ Cooling device: Cool the soda water.
¯ Beverage Mixer: Mix the soda water with carbon dioxide
¯ Automatic Blowing Machine: To blow PET preform into fine bottle. ---Other option. Customer could choose an semi-auto if the capacity is below 3000BPH.
¯ Filling system: To rinse the bottle, fill pure water into bottle, then cap.
¯ Lamp checking case: To check whether the impurities in the filled bottle.
¯ Bottle dryer: Dry the water drop outside the bottle, make sure that the labeling machine work fluently.
¯ Labeling machine: To put lable to the bottle which is filled with water. ---Optional.
¯ Inkjet machine: To inkjet date code to the bottle.
¯ Packing machine: To pack bottle with PE film into group ----Optional. Can manually packing into carton
