A, Characteristics
The product make full use of yttrium base heavy rare earth resources and combined with a variety of active elements to prompted the oxide skin protective film formation of grain boundary which the function of improve the scale of viscosity, prevent oxidation skin peeling and obviously increase the heat resistance of steel.
The strong ability of Purifying molten steel can effectively purify grain boundary, eliminate gas and reduce the partial sets in the grain boundary of H, O, S, P elements to strength grain boundary with improving of the grain boundary shape, size and distribution of inclusions then improve the thermoplastic and thermal performance of steel thereby reduce cracking tendency in the rolling process and improve the yield.
The obviously refine grain will solve the low inclusion problems in application of rare earth alloy steel, greatly reduce the inclusion and gas in steel, change the chemical composition and distribution of inclusions in steel and morphology, narrowing the anisotropy of steel, improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of steel and improve the process performance of steel.
