I. Brief Introduction to the Product
In the process of producing anode material alloy powder, when magnesium is directly added into high-energy hydrogen storage alloy phase Mg2Ni in Ni-MH battery anode alloy material, it will cause the evaporation of magnesium and instability of the composition in alloy phase, thus affect the performance of anode materials directly. With advanced production technology, this product can be made into Mg-Ni intermediate alloy. By the means of adding intermediate alloy, we can effectively solve the problem of adding magnesium process and stabilize the composition and performance of anode material.
