Product Description
The "delta" head assembly is installed to produce a supporting structure that extends up and out from the MID-point of the base. When installed, the structure angles outward, and creates a triangular shape that exhibits the structure's more colloquial name, "cat's head. It is one main type steel lattice power tower for high voltage AC and DC power transmission line systems.
Delta tower used in power voltage such as 66KV, 110 KV, 115 KV, 220KV, 230KV, 330KV, 400KV, 500KV, 750KV, 1000 KV etc.
MEGATRO has a complete staff of professional engineering personnel trained in the PLS pole program and three different manufacturing process for produce every types of Delta towers. We utilize the latest version of PLS-CAD, PLS-POLE, TOWER, AUTOCAD and other CAD software. We can optimize the tower shape and design with light weight and high strength. If client need back up file and loading report, we can design and provide them by PLS software. Now we mainly export this type towers to South-East Coutries, America and Latin American countries.
MEGATRO fabricates every type of delta tower by solid steel legs and angle iron cross members & pipes or only with angle steel bar material. Structures can reach heights up to 100 meter, even higher as per client requirements. MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every tower section. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality.
After fabrication all towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers. MEGATRO Delta towers systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm. MEGATRO also offers a wide variety of accessories and mounts.
