DG-SERIES SHINING INK
SUBSTRATES
This ink is a solvent-based screen printing ink formulated for glass and plastic decoration.
END USES
Glass, PMMC, PC, PS, PET, PVC.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
High gloss, high rigidity(3H), two component, the ink is smooth and the color is bright and beautiful.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
MESH
Monofilament mesh, 60T-140T.
STENCIL
Using organic solvent resistant emulsions.
SQUEEGEE
65-85 durometer solvent resistant blade, such as PU.
COVERAGE
20 square meters per kilogram under 100T mesh.
PRINTING
This ink should be thinned with thinner approximately 10-20% by weight base on the climate condition.
DRYING
Drying at low temperature 100-160 degree centigrade, complete dry allows for 5-10 minutes. Adhesion test can be carried out after it's cooled, but the highest temperature must below 160 degree centigrade.
