3)Dosage
Core additives used for producing the common brick pointing mortar, reference the following formula, recommended water consumption 22~ 26%
1.42.5 white cement 300kg
2. Coarse Whiting 200~300kg
3.70~140 Quartz sand and inert fillers 450kg
4. Decole 310: 10~30kg
Total: 1000kg
4)Handling
1. According to temperature's change and the requirment of construction operation, adjust the dosage in the recommended range.
2. The formula provided by this material is based on present knowledge and experience of our company, the tests we did can not include much factors of market and machining processing. It can adjust the formula according to the sand and cement collected from the locale.
5)Package and Storage
Package: 20kg packed in plastic bag. Accept customed package.
