FOX - Kulane 610
Common exterior wall flexible putty core additive
1). Use
This product is formulated with a variety of high polymer modified material, and add the relevant functional refined additives. It can replace the additive ingredients of exterior wall flexible putty directly, not only improve the flexibility and adhesive strength, but also reduce the cost of exterior wall flexible putty, easy to use, stable quality, avoid cracks, environmental protection, non-toxic and so on.
2). Special features
1. Guaranteed water thickening effect: It can replace the additive ingredients of exterior wall flexible putty, prevent exterior wall putty bleeding due to excessive water, resulting in peeling off phenomenon.
2. Cohesive property: This product improves the adhesive strength, it can replace or reduce the re-dispersing latex powder in putty, reduce the putty cost greatly, and improve the adhesive strength.
3. It can get exterior wall flexible putty after mixed with white cement, Coarse Whiting and inorganic material directly.
4. It reduces purchase types of raw material, simplify production processing, decrease inventory pressure, reduce circulating fund pressure.

4). Dosage
Dosage range: According to total amount of exterior wall flexible putty 2~4 %,
Usually the recommended dosage is 3%, the reference formula as follows:
1. 32.5 silicate, white cement 300kg
2. 325 Heavy calcium powder 300~400kg
3. 325 Talcum powder 200~300kg
4. Kulane 610: 20~40kg
Total: 1000kg
5). Handling
1. According to temperature's change and the requirment of construction operation, adjust the dosage in the recommended range.
2. It needs to place 5 min after mixing the exterior wall flexible putty, let the additives reaction completely in the exterior wall flexible putty.
6). Package and Storage
Package: 20kg packed in plastic bag. Accept customed package.
Storage: Store under dry and moisture-proof environment. The shief life is
12 months.
