Duns Hengye zoelite air filter 3A 4A 5A Molecular Sieve for drying
Molecular sieve can be divided into A type and X type according to the crystal structure of zeolites. According to the pore size of the crystal, there is a more detailed classification.
3A
A main component of A-type molecular sieve is aluminosilicate, silicon-oxy and alumina tetrahedron to form a LTA-type structure, the main crystal structure is eight membered rings.
In molecular sieve 3A, potassium ion exchange of sodium ion, the formation with a pore opening of 3Å (1Å=1×10-10m), that is type 3A (also known as KA-type) molecular sieve.
4A
A main component of A-type molecular sieve is aluminosilicate, silicon-oxy and alumina tetrahedron to form a LTA-type structure, the main crystal structure is eight membered rings.
In molecular sieve 4A, sodium ion formation with a pore opening of 4Å (1Å=1×10-10m), that is type 4A (also known as NaA-type) molecular sieve.

Category Description :
Molecular sieve HYD05C is a synthetic zeolite of A-type crystal structure in calcium-sodium form with a pore opening of 5 angstroms (0.5 nm).
Application:
Removal of water, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons from feed gas in air pre-purification units;
PSA separation for Iso/normal paraffin (n-C4n-C6 mixtures);
Purification of air, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and synthesis gases from mixed gas streams;
Dehydration and purification of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), ammonia cracked gas and other industrial gases or liquids;
Dehydration and purification of inert gas.

Attention:
·The product as desiccant cannot be exposed in the open air and should be stored in dry condition with air-proof package.
·The product should be regenerated after a certain period of adsorption. The appropriate regenerated temperature would be better below 350ºC.
