Product Description

1.Make up the zinc plating solution

1) In the plating tank 20% of the volume is filled up with tape water, then caustic soda are added into the tank with stirring until completely dissolved;

2)After that, zinc oxide is added in slowly, stirring the solution until it is completely dissolved;

3) While the zinc oxide are dissolved completely, then fill the tank to final volume with water;

4)Finally adding the required quantity of brighteners, after several hours electrolyze, the solution is ready for using.

2.Functions and addition of the brightener

brightener HN NH 1:Full bright and brilliant zinc deposit can be obtained in wide range of current density; It will become dull and black on LCD Area when the brightener NH-NH1 is less; If the brightener NH-NH1 is too much, the adhesion will decrease or bubble will appear on zinc deposit.

brightener HN NH 2: It will improve the brightness or leveling and avoid to get burnt on HCD Area. The MCD Area will dull or the HCD Area will get burnt, if the brightener NH-NH 2 is less; If the brightener NH-NH2 is too much, the adhesion will decrease or bubble will appear on zinc deposit.
