Product Description
SG(B)10 Dry-type Distribution Transformer has excellent capacity of withstanding thermal shock, overload, it has advantages such as flame-retardant, low-loss and low partial discharge, low noise, and no pollution it is risist well to humidity and dust, so it is easy to be maintained. It is suitable for enciroment with high requirement to fire resisting, load fluctuation such as airport, power plant, hospital, skyscrapet, shopping center, and residential areas and other special enviroments like oil, chemical industry, nuclear power plant, etc.
Outgoing Wire
The outgoing terminal of the high voltage coil in fixed in the top of the winding, and its tapping head is connect with the middle of the winding, As power off, it will adjust the output voltage by changing connation head.
The outgoing terminal of the low voltage coil is board conducting electricity lire which is welded by cold pressure and connected with outgoing line by bolt.
Specialty
Compared with the same capacity of resin dry type transformer, the SG(B)10 is more compacted and lighter, SG(B)10 seroes dry-type transformer adopts new strcuture material and advanced technique. All the insulation materials are flame retardant, self-extinguishing and non-poisonous. Under 120% overload or work over a long time, the SG(B)10 can work safety and reliably. And no poisonous gas is produced when it is burning over a long time under high temperature of 800c. With speical coil design, craftwork and material, SG(B)10 type has good feature of moisture proofing, mold proofing and salt mist proofing. The type can be decomposed and recycled. However, the resin dry type transformer is made of dry resin and glass fiber which can't be decomposed after its useful period and pollutes the environment.
