Product Description
EMX-5D+ master adopts Qualcomm Atheros 7410 solution, and mixed transmitting CATV and IP data. Besides, with the 2-way EOC function, it can output the mixed signal of IP data and CATV to CATV distribution network, and realize to transmit TV programmers and IP data in same coaxial cable.
EMX-5D+ locates the top of EOC network, and can include 253 pieces EOC slaves. This equipment can install to the optical node cable's output line of HFC CATV net or to the input line of FTTB user distribution net, in this way, provide the users with various service of voice, video and data, etc.
EMX-5D+ supports remote SNMP and can log in by WEB/SNMP/TELNET. After logging, can centralizedly manage and operate the EOC slaves, such as, Qos settings, encryption setting up, statistic summing, status information searching and software upgrading and so on.
EMX-5D+ provides maximum 500Mbps line speed insertion on coaxial network, but just occupy less than 65MHz, and no conflict with current CATV system frequency to reduce mutual interference. Besides, it supports existing tree-shape and chain-shape CATV network, with long transmission distance, high bandwidth, good adaptability, therefore, can meet the requirement of triply play deploying.
