Efficient exhaust gas treatment device is a researched and developed new generation of waste gas treatment equipment fully using foreign advanced technology of waste gas treatment equipment, and combining with the practical experience of several decades of tower manufacturing FRP mist purification of our company. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional gas purification tower which can only deal with single exhaust gas, pre-treats the mixed complex gas with multistage sieve, two oxidation, adsorption process combined and completed in one device, and has obtained two invention patent (Patent No.: ZL 201010166835.6, ZL 201110065228.5) and three utility model the patent (ZL 201020183726, ZL2011 2 0166108. X, ZL 201120071877.1). Through the simulation test and practical use and the monitoring of the environmental protection department, the hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas purification efficiency is more than 99%, the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas purification efficiency is more than 95%, the sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4) gas purification efficiency is about 90%, the alkali fog (NaOH) gas purification efficiency is more than 93% (CL2), the chlorine gas purification efficiency is more than 96% and the nitrogen oxide (NOx) gas purification efficiency is more than 90%. So this equipment is the most novel and ideal waste gas treatment device for the garbage, sewage treatment, laboratory, chemical industry, machinery, electronics, metallurgy, medicine and other industry.
