Wet flue gas desulfurization technology is mainly using all kinds of alkaline sorbent to trap SO2 in flue gas and transform it to more stable and easy mechanical separation sulfur compounds or elemental sulfur, to achieve the purpose of desulfurization. Currently the main industrialization technologies of the company are:
Wet lime / limestone gypsum method: The method using lime or limestone slurry to absorb SO2 in the flue gas and generate sulfite hemi-hydrate calcium or re-oxidize into gypsum. It is currently the main method at home and abroad with high degree of technological maturity, and efficient and stable desulfurization above 90%.
Wet absorption and regeneration method: Mainly ammonia method, zinc oxide method, magnesium oxide method, and double alkali method. The desulfurization efficiency can reach about 95%. It is a kind of more mature technology.
Dry flue gas desulfurization technology mainly uses the solid adsorbent to purify sulfur dioxide in flue gas, and obtain the corresponding products through the regeneration of the adsorbent.
Dry flue gas desulfurization technology is activated carbon method and activated coke method. Dry adsorption desulfurization efficiency can reach 99%. It is an advanced technology with resource recycling and no 'three wastes'.
Wet desulfurization device core equipments are dynamic wave scrubber, efficient turbulent ball tower and composite demister.
Dry flue gas desulfurization device core equipments are adsorption tower, regeneration tower and online control system.
When the flue gas desulfurization device desulfurizes the flue gas, is can also completely removes fluorine chlorine from the flue gas. Particle removal efficiency of the whole set of equipment can reach the national 80mg/m3 and sulfur dioxide removal efficiency can meet the national requirements of 200mg/m3.
