FLBF Bag Filter
Brief Introduction
FLBF Bag Filter is filtration equipment, which is for removing the solid out of liquid to make the liquid percolation, decontamination, separating and callback. Bag filter mainly consists of three parts: Filter shell, supporting basket and filter bag. The process as following: The liquid enters from the side or underneath to the filter, and crushes into the filter bag which is supported by basket. The bag opened out because of the impact for the liquid, and it made the liquid material distributes evenly on the surface of the whole filter bag. The liquid that permeated from the bag is discharged at the bottom of the filter. The filtered solid is stayed in the bag. Then open the cover to get out the impurity and replace a new filter bag, in order to keep the filter unblocked and avoid the pollution. The frequency of replacing bag according to the real situation. DL filter bag has 1, 2, 3, 4 kinds which is classified according to the size of the filter bag. The bag filter can be divided into single bag type, double bags type and multi-bag type according to the bag quantity.
