DLFMS-1601A flexible manufacturing system is developed based on industrial automation PLC control system. The modular flexible production line is comprehensive training platform, which is developed based on the higher education and scientific research institutions, suitable for mechanical and electronic integration, automation, network, systematic and advanced manufacturing industry and other professional teaching and engaged in related professional technical personnel's comprehensive application in all kinds of universities and colleges, refining and enrichment to industrial field equipment and specifically designed in the light of practice teaching activities, organic blend all the light, machine, electricity, gas, liquid in a body. This system not only can be used as automation and network teaching training system, can also combined with the subsystem to the network platform, and to use as an expand.
III. Module system features:
The complete system including 16 stations: control platform, distribution station, testing station, manipulator station 1, processing station, image detection station, Pick&Place station,
Hydraulic punching station, Mutsubishi robot station, end product test station, sorting station, manipulator station 2, subpackage station, handling station, storage station and circuit conveyor station
The system is installed on slot aluminum plate. Each station can be easily connected together to form an automatic processing line. Each station consists of all sorts of modular form. Each module can be build, disassembe and maintenance easily. Each workstation can be combined freely.
