III. Module system features:
1. Distribution station
The frame is composed of sheet metal, aluminum
Structure, metal panel, operation panel,
guide pulley and patch board.
The mechanical part is composed of feeding
cylinder, stock bin, vacuum sucker,tilt cylinder,
vacuum generator, dyad, solenoid valve, etc.
The electrical parts is composed of programming
controller, network module EM277, optical fiber sensors, magnetic switch, air switch, operation button, etc.
Function : provide machining workpiece for the process.The mini cylinder push workpiece from the bunker to next station bypass tilt cylinder
2. Testing station:
The frame is composed of sheet metal,
aluminum Structure, metal panel,
operation panel,guide pulley and patch board.
The mechanical part is composed of rodless
cylinder, push-off cylinder, belt conveyor,
slide rail,dyad and solenoid valve.
The electrical parts is composed of
programming controller, network module
EM277, air switch, material detecting sensor group, workpieces height detecting sensor group,magnetic switch, operating button, etc.
Function: The complete testing station mainly tests the height, color, material of the workpieces meet the requirements or not. To distinguish the color and material by threesensor groups; To test the height of workpieces by testing organization (cylinder and sensor).
3.Process station:
The frame is composed of sheet metal, aluminum
Structure, metal panel, operation panel,
guide pulley and patch board.
The mechanical part is composed of rotary table,
Processing unit, testing unit ,dyad and solenoid valve.
The electrical parts is composed of
programming controller, network module
EM277, magnetic sensor, photoelectric sensor,
inductive sensor ,air switch, operating button, etc.
Function: The rotary table turn 180°to put the workpieces on right position after the sensor detecting the workpiece. Drill inner diameter of the workpiece then the rotary table turn workpiece 90°to reach next module. This module will test the inner diameter is qualified or not by detecting sensor. The workpieces is qualified if the cylinder move forwarder, otherwise the workpiece is unqualified. Then turn 90°to wait next station pick up workpiece.
4. Mutsubishi robot station
The frame is composed of sheet metal, aluminum
Structure, metal panel, operation panel,guide pulley
and patch board.
The mechanical part is composed of Mitsubishi robot,
Mini cylinder, material channel,tight cylinder, dyad and
operating button.
The electrical parts is composed of
programming controller, network module EM277, robot
control, fiber optical sensor, magnetic switch ,air switch, operation button.
Function: The Mitsubishi complete assemble of cylinder body, piston, spring and cylinder cover. The robot pick up the workpiece from last station and send to next station. Pick up and transport the workpiece freely.
5. Subpackage station:
The frame is composed of sheet metal, aluminum Structure, metal panel, operation panel, guide pulley and patch board.
The mechanical part is composed of pallet bin, push cylinder, three axes mipulator, pallet storage,dyad and solenoid valve.
The electrical parts is composed of programming controller, network module EM277,inductive sensor, air switch, operating button, etc.
Function: Push out the pallet, manipulator transfer the pallet to robot for assembly.
6. ASRS Station:
The frame is composed of sheet metal, aluminum structure, metal panel, operation panel,guide pulley and patch board.The mechanical part is composed of three axes gripper,direction cylinder, grab cylinder,storage bin, dyad and solenoid valve.
The electrical parts is composed of
programming controller, network module EM277,
magnetic sensor, micro switch,air switch, operation button and testing sensors.
Function: To sort and storage the workpieces tested by last station.
