Product Description
I. Workflow:
Rotor coating(heating coating)1. Do the air blow to the rotor to get dust or any substance away from the rotor. Cover the round rotor by some shielding material.
2. Pre-heating rotor in your oven (temperature~230 centi degree)
3. Take out the rotor by clamp and dig it into the powder box for heating coating soon. The coating
Thickness relies on the coating time and heating temperature.
4. Take out the rotor and remove the shield material for natural cooling.
5. Put them into your oven [The temperature has to rise upto 180~200 centi degree (varies according to the powder property) for warm keeping for more than 30 minutes]
