DLFMS-8000 Flexible Manufacture System
1. Introduction:
The system including: Control platform,Manipulator station, Milling machine processing station, Visual inspection station,Heat-treatment station, Auto sorting station,ASRS station,Auto transfer station
DLFMS-8000 is a system communicated by PROFIBUS-DP. It can complete assembling and transfer the goods, automatic identify and buffering transfer, stacking and ASRS. The main feature of the system is each station can operate independently. The user may choose the necessary stations and combine freely. It can be combined to be more than 10 kinds of training systems.
The system covers the mechanical, electrical, optical and pneumatic technology which involved in multi-disciplinary knowledge. Minimize the gap between the training process and the actual production process.The technologies involved including: PLC control, sensor detects, pneumatic, motor drive, servo drive, stepper drive, computer configuration control and man-machine interface, mechanical structures and systems installation and commissioning, fault detection skills, PROFIBUS, visual inspection and image processing,frequency control, touch screen, motion control, process control, computer technology and systems engineering.
Separate unit modular design which use of electric bus and mechanical bus. Each unit module (station) can work independently.

6.After-Service And Training for Foreign User
1) For our exported equipments, the Warranty is one year, within one year, if there is any problem for spare parts(except damage by man-made) We can supply and replace free of charge. And if after one year, we also supply the service. The difference is user need to pay it.
2) We dispatch our professional and experienced engineer to install equipments and make training for the end users.
