Product Description

E4261A/B is two component no solvent RTV epoxy potting sealant, it has quite good flowability after mixing and extensive bonding property.

Features

Use
Use for potting protection of automobile electronic, sensor, photoelectricity LED and lighting products.

Operation
1. Clean surface: Clean the surface of the product which need to bond or coat, use cleaner to remove the rust, dust, oil etc.
2. Stir Part A before using, Mix Part A and Part B by 2: 1 evenly, vacuum to remove the bubbles before using. Then used up within 60 mins. The bubble removing is better in RT. The coated material can be vacuum if necessary which will be good for the electrical property.
3. Curing: 25° C*24hrs, if need fast curing, heating curing can do. It will cure in 1hr with 80° C
4. In the stirring process, the sealant on the wall needs to be stirred evenly
5. The curing time is influenced a lot by the temperature, so please use winter formula in winter.
