HP Forced Swirl Multi-Channel Burner
High efficiency burner is one of the key devices of the rotary kiln for cement clinker production. By absorbing advanced foreign technology and by analyzing fuel conditions in China, we has successfully developed Model HP multi-channel high efficiency burner, which is the only new generation high efficiency burner passed appraisal in China. Its structure is a domestic creation and its performance is talking the leading position in China. It can substitute similar imported products, we has developed several models and several series burners such as kiln multi-channel burner, calciner multi-channel burner. Heavy oil burner, gas burner, and combined multi-channel burner for the production line with the capacity ranging from 1000t/d to 6000t/d. Therefore it can meet requirements from different clients.
Model HP multi-channel burner was listed in the ninth five-year plan as energy-saving Science and Technology Achievement Popularization Project by the State Economic and Trade Commission. By the State Planning Commission and by Ministry of the Science and Technology; It was granted State Key New Product certificate by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC, State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and other three ministries in 2000; It obtained the third prize in Science and Technology Achievement in Anhui Province in 2001.

Characteristics
Head part of the burner is a whole and external air jetted from discrete nozzles in ring form is not likely to be distorted, so the flame would not burn out kiln coating.
Discrete type external air nozzle jets in higher velocity than that of traditional 3 or 4-channel burners and takes in more secondary air in high temperature, which helps burning anthracite and low grade coal.

Primary air volume is less than 8%, so secondary air of high temperature could be made full use of to greatly decrease heat consumption.
Stable peak value of flame temperature and undamaged kiln coating help extending service life of refractory brick and improve quality of clinker.
Environmental pollution is effectively reduced; NOx emission decreases by over 30%.
