Model HCFC Control Flow Grate Cooler

Model HCFC grate cooler is new energy-saving thermal process equipment for cement clinker cooling. It was independently designed and developed by HCTDI and passed technical appraisal, being state-of-the-art in China. Adopting internationally advanced control flow technology and repeatedly improved thermal process, its capacity increases by 20% and heat consumption reduces by 10%, comparing with traditional grate coolers.
The new grate cooler technology was awarded the 3rd Prize for Provincial Science and Technological Advancement and the 3rd Prize of Technical Innovation of China National Building Material Group Cooperation(CNBM), and was honorably named as "Top Brand Product" in Building Material and Machinery Industry on China in 2006, In 2007, we are exclusively designated to be the scientific research institution for the subject of grate cooler of "Eco-friendly Cement Equipment" lised in the National Eleventh Five- Year Development Plan by State Ministry of Science and Technology, In 2008, it was named as "Top Brand Product of Anhui Provience"

Special KIDS system and pulse air supply system are used at the feed end.
Optimized separate air supply to precisely control air consumption of each cooling area, Therefore Cooling efficiency and heat recovery rate is highly increased with remarkable energy-saving performance.
New high efficiency grate structure is made of high strength, high temperature resistant, inoxidizeble and wearable alloy cast steel through special manufactyring process, It has good resistance and high air penetrability. Different grate are used for different cooling areas.
Swing compensator: The special high-tech film coating technology extends the swing compensator`s service life. Movable aerating beam connects with air duct through swing compensator, which compensates movement of treat bed in 3-dimensinol space.
Special external supporting roller and guide device: Grate bed is supported by independent bearing rollers which are of hard surface and good wear-resistance feature to prevent from subsidence of grate bed. As all rollers are at the sides of shell, there is no lubricating point in air chambers, so repair and maintenance is easy.
Grate bar: Grate bars at the discharge opening in the front of crusher are section-shaped and are made of special wearable material, The grate bars can be singly and simply replaced, Being reliable and convenient.
Clinker chain conveyor: Its head wheel is new split chain wheel, of which special-shaped wheel tooth is made of special material, with stable operation, small wear and tear, extended service life and convenient replacement, All roller bearing blocks are put at the sides of the chain conveyor for simple repair and maintenance, The new structure chain link is precisely manufactured by new material, It can be easily replaced and runs safely and reliably.
Clinker crusher: 360° Rotary hammers are used to efficiently reduce kiln interruption out of material blockage, The new strcture liners can be adjusted to solve problem of wearing due to longtime operation
Leakage air lock system under the grate plate: Only material seal might not avoid air leakage, but high precise matching seal tackies this problem. The new material seal valve has simple structure, safe and reliable operation and long service life.
Modular design reduces installation cost, expedites installation and occupies small space
Optimized monitoring and regulating technology as 3-element control system, grate plate and under-grate-plate temperature alarming system ensures reliable and highly efficient operation of grate cooler and stabilizes kiln operation.
