Introduction to the Product:
Adopting domestic latest technology and recreating with innovation, Hongwu International manufactures a high performance brick machine .
This brick machine uses different materials like pure gangue, pure shale, coal ash, clay and so on to
produce various bricks such as common brick, solid bricks and hollow bricks of different types. It is an ideal equipment with the capacity of more than 60 million common bricks per year. The brick machine is made of high grade steel and the welding stress is also eliminated by heat treatment, thus it has the following features: rational construction, strong adaptability, large extrusion pressure, low energy consumption, high output, easy maintenance, etc.
Applicable materials are widespread, shale, gangue, fly ash, and industrial tailings, all can be used as raw materials.
The material mixing blade is designed and adopted according to the different raw materials, and the wearresistant lining plate is also adopted inside the mixing tank. The shafts used inside the machine are special ones which are harden by quenching. Hard tooth gear surface is adopted in the reducer. The bricks machine is a good substitute of traditional bricks machines with person-control reamer shaft and steady
suspended steamer, which extends its service life.

Working process: material dosing, mixing, rolling/pressing, further mixing(adding steam), air exhaust, further pressing, brick cutting, firing.
