High efficiency with interactive spindles, fast solution for complicated machining in one time which asks for multiple tools. It is available with cutting, milling and 3D engraving. The machine is mainly used in Woodworking, Cabinetry, Acrylic stand, signs, guitar and musical instruments.
--- Interactive Spindles: Three air-cooled spindles of different powers-5.5kw/3.7kw/3.7kw, each spindle is driven by a Cylinder for quick lift, three interactive tools of different sharps can be applied in every single process.
--- Gear Rack: We use Linear guides and Precision gear racks, carefully installed and regulated by experienced worker with special purpose instrument, this assures smooth motion and long term reliability.
--- Linear Square Guide: 25mm linear square guide with double bearings, an ultra-heavy type that achieves a deep grooved raceway with its diameter more approximate to the ball diameter and has high rigidity, vibration and shock resistance, and damping characteristics, which are required for machine tools.
