Applications:
FXZ Series Capping machine is suitable for sealing various size of glass bottle; Plastic bottle. It is perfect in performance, reliable in operation and easy in maintenance. So it is widely used in automatic packing lines for various kinds of wine, drink, pharmaceuticals, reagent, and pesticide and so on. It is one of the most ideal screw type automatic sealing equipment.
After filling, the beverage bottles are fed to the capping machine for automatic capping and enclosure screwing, while the caps or enclosures are conveyed automatically from the enclosure sorters\
Working Principle:
After the bottles processed in the front process are fed with drinks,they are auto conveyed into the capper to seal.In the process of capping,the bottles are driven into the capping b driving wheel section.The bottle mouth touches a cap,then the cap falls down from the cap channel and covers on the bottle mouth.The screw head will automatically carry out screwing and taking away the bottle and other actions.These actions are finished under the control of cam guideway.
The machine has several groups of screwing heads which are fixed separately on the screwing stand.
In order to ensure the normal operation,a safe protection device is equipped in the transmission gear of the reducing gear box to avoid damaging parts while it overloads.
