Gas Turbine Flow Meter (A+E 82FQ)

Turbine flow meters use the mechanical energy of the fluid to rotate a "pinwheel" (rotor) in the flow stream. Blades on the rotor are angled to transform energy from the flow stream into rotational energy. The rotor shaft spins on bearings. When the fluid moves faster, the rotor spins proportionally faster.

Turbine Flow Meter Features

1) Accuracy reaching ±0.2%F·S.

2) Short-term repeatability reaching 0.05%~0.2%.

3) Output pulse frequency signal, which is suitable for gross metering and connection to the computer. No zero drift and strong anti-interference capability.

4) 3-4kHz frequency signal , and high signal resolution.

5) Wide range with 1:20 for medium and large caliber, 1:10 for small caliber.

This turbine flow meter has a wide measuring range, and the limit of the flow velocity is lower than 0.5m/s. The pressure loss is low and the impeller has strong impact resistance, strong anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-vibration capability. So the performance is reliable and the operating life is long. Turbine flow meter can conduct pressure compensation process when the pressure of measured gas is stable. It has the advantages of built-in pressure & temperature sensor, high safety, compact structure, beautiful appearance and small pressure loss.
