Product Description

General Purpose High Strength Anaerobic Retaining Adhesive (SA4603)

SA4603, is one-component, high strength, general purpose, oil content property anaerobic retaining sealant for bonding cylindrical assembly parts. It cures when confined between two close fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air.

Usage
Used for sealing cylindrical parts, retaining roller bearings or oil impregnated bushings into
Housings. Especially for not completely remove the oil of the metal surface and the occasion
Equiring fast curing or higher strength.

Operation
1. For the better results, clean all the surfaces(external and internal) with our A6755 cleaning
And allow to dry and oil.
2. For slip fitted Assemblies, apply adhesive around the leading edge of the pin and the inside of the collar and use a rotating motion during assemble to ensure good coverage; For Press Fitted Assemblies, apply adhesive thoroughly to both bond surfaces and assemble at high press on rates; For shrink Fitted Assemblies, the adhesive should be coated onto the pin, the collar should then be heated to create sufficient clearance for free assembly.
3. Assembled parts should not be disturbed until sufficient handing strength is achieved
