General Purpose Instant Adhesive (SA1495)

Features
SA1495 is solvent free α -cyanoacrylate adhesive. It polymerizes highly with moisture in air with high strength. It is general purpose, medium to low viscosity and instantly curing.

Usage
Designed for bonding plastic, rubber parts etc

Operation
1. Cleaning the surfaces that to be glued and coated, removing the rust, dust, greasy dirt and other
Foreign matter and substance. PUNADE cleaner SA6755 is recommended.
2. Apply the product to one surface(or two surfaces), then press the two surfaces instantly.
3. Apply the glue in small quantity for better effect.
3. PUNADE activator SA6712 can make the curing faster, dispense it on one surface, after solvent
Volatilizing, apply the adhesive on the other surface. Then press the two surfaces instantly.
4. For hard to bond material, use PUNADE primer SA6770. Spray it evenly on one surface and wait
To dry, press instantly after applying glue to the other surface.
