ABOUT US:

Gluing Machine Features:
1. Bookblocks transported in stack automatically, reduce manual involvement.
2. Former press with big pressure, tightly press the bookblocks and squeeze out the air between the gap, avoid glue permeability, enable high quality;
3. Complete double side lining at one time
4. Vibration device, put the book spine flat, enables gluing quality
5. The speed of roller and brush can be adjusted independently, ensure gluing-quality of book spine
6. Heating&drying equipment adopts the same heat lamps of KOLBUS, heating intensively and quickly, offer long life service;
Lamps controlled by computer, adjust "ON" groups based on thickness of bookblock, temperature adjustable, energy-saving and environmental proctection
7. Cooling system contains three independent blowers, which enables high quality and nice appearance.
8. Post Nipping uint, presses for 2 times, without bookblock dislocation and slots.
9. The whole machine adopts PLC system, conveniently operates.
10. Key components are selected from imported brands, security, energy-saving, quality and efficiency.
