Product Description
1.RFFC-H series Filling Machinery are designed to fill Juice with granular pulp into plastic bottle or Glass Bottle.
2. The working process below:
Empty bottle input---rinsing-- filling the granular pulp by one filling station ( piston filling )----filling the liquid juice by next filling station---screw caps capping
It intergrated 4 function into one machine.
3. RFFC-H Sieries Monoblock Rinser Filler Filler Capper style filling machinery are can volune 200ml to 2500ml.
4. These filling machinery are PLC controlled, full-automatic working, filling volume & output capacity adjustable
5. Micro-vacuum & regurgitant filling technology is used for filling hot juice or tea drinks, ensure high precision filling level
6. Supper hot bear design, the filling temperature can reached 95 C.
7. CIP siee-way pipeline in-build, can connect with CIP station, easy to clean
8. No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping
9. All 304 SS or 316 SS contact parts
10. Screwing caps or press caps Capping station is available
11. Available Models for these filling machinery: (based on 500ml PET bottle) from 2000 bottle per hour to 15000 bottle per hour
