APPLICATION: This series of printing machine are suitable for
aluminum foil 8.5-40um(thinckness) paper 30-80g/m
2Main features:1, CBYA-AL series of gravure machine adopts seven motors, four parts closed-loop tension control system which formed of FUJIKURA mini friction air cylinders, YASKAWA AC vector inverters, PANASONIC PLC and SIEMENS vector motors. Controlling can output stably whatever at low or high speed.2, Automatically printing materials change in high-speed working condition without any stop;
3, Computerized color register can auto correct the deviation quickly and accurately.
4, Turret type of unwind and rewind stand unit with double work station which all be driven by Independent AC vector motor;
5, Full closed oven with reusable hot air channel saving energy, intelligentized constant temperature controlling system and airflow is adjustable.
6, Shaft less printing cylinder loading device for rapid exchange and precise positioning.
7, Printing linear speed and meter counting display;
8,Option: most guide rollers are oiled together, to keep rollers highly flexible.

Unwind and Rewind Unit
1, Automatically detect tape surface and cut the material in up and down two directions.2, Turret type of independent unwind stand with two work station, automatic changing air shaft and splicing.
3, Tow independent vector motors unwind material
4, Turret type of independent rewind stand with two work station which both driven by independent vector frequency conversion motor. And every rewind shaft with an impression rubber roller make rewinding process more stable and products tidier.
5, Tension detected by potential meter and dancing roller, closed loop tension system controlled by PLC and inverter.Printng Unit
1, Compensation roller in longitudinal direction adopts up/down floating movement with precise screw lead.
2, Option: the last color printing unit can both print front and back side of material.
