1. Main Application:
This universal crusher is a pulverizer mill used to crush material into powder. Now it is used widely in pharmaceutical, chemical and food field etc. It has better crushing effect for materials which has moderate hardness, less viscosity, less fiber etc.
2. Working Principle:
The material is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper, By means of relative motion between movable and fixed plates, the material is crushed by through impact and friction of the teeth plate, and then flows to the exit automatically under centrifugal force and will be collected through a cloth bag, the dust filtered and collected by dust collector. Change the sieve to control the output size. There's no dust flying during production, which avoids pollution.
Universal crusher is designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless steel. With features of simplicity, output high, easy to wash, it becomes the universal equipment at present. Especially used in sugar production.
