Product Description
1. Main Application: (Fine crusher with cyclone separator & dust collector): Fine crusher is a crushing mill used to crush material into fine powder. Now it is used widely in pharmaceutical, chemical and food fields etc.
2. Working Principle:
Fine crusher is of hammer type with high speed and fit for crushing materials with moderate hardness and viscosity. It is made up of crusher, cyclone separator, and dust collector. The material is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper and crushed by high speed rotating hammer. The crushed material flows into the cyclone separator under centrifugal force and discharges downwards. The dust comes into the dust collector, is filtrated and collected by the filter cylinder. There's no dust flying during production, which avoids pollution. This makes a clean environment.
Change the sieve to control the output size. We use stainless steel to produce it, which assures that the final powder healthier & cleaner.
