Product Description

This line is specially used for producing PP/PE single layer or multi-layer sheet or plate, suitable in the fields of packaging, stationery, chemicals, construction, household appliances and so on.                     

PART 1 Main technical data:
1.  Usual sheet width:
700, 900, 1020, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1700, 1800, 2100, 2200mm

2.  Usual sheet thickness:
0.5-2mm, 1.5-10mm, 6-20mm, 3-30mm 

3. High Efficiency Single Screw Extruder:
Special screw structure, imported world-known thermocontrollers, electronics, hard gear face reducers to ensure high effective material extrusion capacity.  

4. T -type die head:
die head material: special mould steel 5CrNiMo,
suitable compression ratio to ensure uniform flow stability. 

5. Three-roller calendar::
calendars material: alloy steel, chromed on the surafce.
According to the material properties, adopting vertical three-roller, oblique three-roller, horizontal three-roller calendar. Internal roller temperature control using a unique flow channel, so that the stability of uniform distribution roller. The independent oil temperature control for three roller to ensure more stable and exact control. 

6. Cooling frame:
According to product specifications, configurations with different specifications of the stainless steel cooling roller 

7. Edge cutting devices:Trimming can be divided into manual and automatic, three-dimensional configuration tool adjustment device, width adjustable. 

8. Cut off machine: Saw cutting or knife cutting, thin type and non-friable type sheet generally usually knife cut, adopted high-quality alloy cutting tools, sharp and durable

9.Twin position coiler:
torque motor control with length preseting devices

PART 3: How to buy our machines? Operation Guide As Follows:

1. Please kindly inform me specification of the products you want to produce:

(1) If you want plastic pipe, plz Inform us pipe diameter & thickness (SDR)

(2) If you want plastic sheet, plz inform us sheet width & thickness&applications

(3) If you want plastic profile, plz send us general size, picture or drawings.

2. We will send you the quotation details according to your requirements.

3. Discuss each item of the quotation and get the agreement.

4. Sign the P/I and Contract and send us 30% prepayment and we will begin to arrange production.

5. When the machine is ready, customers come to our factory to testing machine.

6. Send us the 70% balanced payment and we will arrange delivery.

PART4:Quality Guarantee and After Sale Service

1. Warranty for machinery: 18months for mechanical parts, 12 months for electrical parts.

During the guranteed time, damages because of machine itself,we will change new ones for you free.

Damaged made by human, we will also change new one for you based your extra cost.

2. Technical service and support will be forever.

3. Installtion and commissioning

The seller will dispatch four 1-2 engineers from the seller to the buyer's factory for installation and commissioning and training till the buyer's workers can operate the machines independently.
