The description of quartz sand dryer:
quartz sand dryer mainly consists of drum body,raw materials feeding plate
(feed head), rolling ring,roller, motor,speed reducer, driving and supporting device, etc.
Work principle of quartz sand dryer:
The raw materials plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles,
throws the humidity quartz sand into the rotary dryer. After the quartz sand contact
with hot air some minutes alter, water will be separated from the materials and
changed into vapour that ultimately discharged into dust catcher ,then the
atmosphere. All of this over the quartz sand is dry,this is the drying process.
The applications of quartz sand dryer:
