YA circular vibrating screen
YA series circular vibrating screen is mainly used in coal, metallurgy, mining, power generation, building materials industry, water conservancy project, light industry and chemical industry, etc. It is a king of high efficient screening equipment to the hierarchies of bulk material such as coal, ore and coke.
Working principle and structural features:
The movement of vibrating screen is driven the vibrator with eccentric mass by motor through the triangle tape, and make sieve box vibrate, trajectory of circular screen box. And the movement track of screening box is circular. Vibrating screen is constitute by screening box, vibrator, spring damping device and supporting underframe, etc. Screening box adopts advanced ring -grooved rivet connection and form the frame structure. Vibrator adopts the type of eccentric shaft and eccentric block; Spring anti-vibration device adopts steel spiral spring.
