Denucleation rate is 98%.II.Features: 1.Use Special Punch pin to remove the fruit pit thoroughly. 2.The structure of machine is stable,durable,it is easy to change spare parts which is made of CNC. 3.Part in contact with fruits are stainless steel,it is easy to operate and wash. 4.Conveyor and cups is covered by special material to assure health requirements. 5.Newest continuous rotating feeding system and automatic control apparatus improve accuracy precision. III.Application scope: Fruits pitting such as cherry,olive,red date,plum,apricot,peach,logan,waxberry,apple,pear,etc. IV.Working principle of the apricot core pitting machine: 1.This pitting machine removes the hard stone from the fruits by two rollers (one has teeth on the surface,and the other is made of rubber) which are kept a certain gap in between;by this way,the fles of the fruit will be remained in state of pieces. 2.The gap between the two rollers is designed according to the feature and dimension of different fruits; 3.The fruits fall down to the rollers from the former procedure and then are pressed to the gap by a plate which moves up and down; 4.The two rollers rolls in opposite direction and most of the flesh is pressed to the gap of the teeth on the roller meanwhile the stones(seed of the fruit) are pressed on the stretchy roller;the flesh between the teeth on the roller will be then scratched out by a brush. 5.The stone still with some flesh on it will be backward washed by the stoner washer.
