High Speed Kraft Paper Slitting Machinery

It used for slitting paper, kraft paper, paper board, core board, bond paper, plastic film (BOPP, PP, PVC, PE, PET...)non-woven cloth, film, aluminium foil etc.

Specifications:

1. It adopts Siemens PLC control system and 7" touch screen, all the working parameters can be displayed on the control panel then the machine will automatic work.
2. It adopts two sets of Yaskawa frequency inverter from Japan to make working machine more stable.
3. It adopts two sets of Siemens inverter motor from Germany.
4. It adopts three sets fully automatic tension control to provide the constant tension to the end.
5. Automatic lift-up loading system for heavy jumbo roll easily loading.
6. It adopts photocell tracking system imported from Germany.
7. Two kinds of blades: Round blades and razor blades.
8. Automatic meter counter to stop the machine when it reach the pre-set length.
9. Air Blower and blower pipe for trimming the waste edge.
