High Strength Extrusion Composites Epoxy Resin ZEF-021
1. Introduction:
High Strength Extrusion Composites Epoxy Resin is composed of low viscosity, toughness epoxy resin, modified anhydride hardener and accelerators. It offers low viscosity, long pot life, high temperature curing speed and good extrusion technology. Cured product has good erosive endurance, insulation and high comprehensive performance properties. The resin is used for carbon fiber, lass fiber extrusion products, such as all kinds of insulator FRP rod materials, casing pipe, building structures, etc.
2. Operating Process:
1. Take A Part and B Part according to ratio, and matched inner mold release agent(A part 1-2%) into a electric mixer, then fully mixing 5-10mins; We suggest that use tooth disc spreader, and try to reduce air bubbles.
2. Mixed adhesive pour into dip tank (tank temp 20-40 oC). Tidying up and drying of fiber, match with rata, and begin to dipping, extrusion and after curing.
3. Notice:
Since curing agent is easy to absorb moisture, Close the cans after the usage, avoid the long exposure. Caution against moisture.
Little quantity for each equipped adhesive, but must ensure that accurate measurement of consistency, and run out it in a short time. If squeeze out excess adhesive in extrusion process, should be even back to resin dip tank immediately, and supplement new adhesive to ensure the adhesive has good uniformity. To clean up adhesive dip tank if stop time is longer. Since over the period of use, adhesive viscosity is high even gel, which affect the infiltration effect of resin and fiber.
