This shot polishing machine for steel plate steel structure h-beam surface cleaning painting drying is primarily for shot-blasting of steel structural parts, steel sheets and steel billets to remove the rusty spot, rusty layer and scale cinder on steel to obtain a uniform, smooth and glossy metal surface allowing improved coating quality and higher anti-corrosion performance.
The cleaning room consists of a primary and a secondary subroom. Both are made of steel plates, of large cavity structure, with a rectangular shape upper half and a tapering shape lower half. The blasting operation is carried out in the enclosed cavity.
