HESHENG® HS-15
JS Two Component Polymer Cement Based Waterproofing Coating
INTRODUCTION
HS-15 two component JS polymer cement based waterproofing coating (or called JS compound waterproofing coating) are importing international advanced technology, main raw material is acrylic acid, made of many kinds of additives and fillers. It's has excellent waterproofing performance, with high elastomeric(resilience) like organic material and good durability like inorganic material. Color is optional by mixing pigments.

3.Environment friendly, harmless for human body, applied to edible pool or water drinking waterproofing systems.
4.East application, short project period, color is optional by mixing pigments.
5.Mixed to an ceramic tile bonding materials and sealing materials with excellent performance.
6.Excellent resistance to UV and weather, it's applied under exposed.
APPLICATION RANGE
1.All kinds of hydrating coat(layer) and waterproofing coat(layer) such as wet or dry gravel, mortar, concrete,
metal, wood, hard plastic, glass, plaster board, foam board, pitch, rubber, SBS, APP, PU etc..
2.New and old buildings or structures (e.g.: roof, toilet, underground construction, tunnel, bridge, pool and
reservoir etc).
3.Bonding and sealing materials, coating : powder = 10 : 10 -13, mixed them to be putty.

APPLICATION METHOD
Ready the mixed material, if need to add water, we add water into the coating and mix them evenly. And mix
coating with powder by motor stirrer to uniform and fine(without admixture includes mass of particles), mixing time is about 5mins, you'd better do not mixed by manual. Brushed with roll brushes or squeegee boards(scrapers), brush next coat(layer) after last coat(layer) is curing.
APPLICATION REQUEST
1.Substrate request: substrate must be flat, solid, clean, free of water and leakage. If found uneven or crack,
you must level it at first. Also, plug the leaking place, repair convex corner to round corner.
2.Material Mixing: Type I, coating : cement(special powder) = 1 : 1.1(weight ratio),
Type II, coating : cement(special powder) = 1 : 1.5(weight ratio)
Mix coating with cement(special powder) with motor stirrer to uniform and fine(without admixture includes
mass of particles), mixing time is about 5min. While find coating is excessive viscous during mixing, we can
mix it with a small amount of water.
3.Application: Brush in 2-3 coats(layers), brush mixed coating on substrate with brushes in horizontal and
vertical direction repeatedly. Brush next coat(layer) after last coat(layer) is curing.(Increase its waterproofing property with glass fiber cloth or non-woven fabrics.)
4.Material Consumption: 1mm thickness consumed 1.5~2kg/m2, 1.5mm thickness consumed 2~2.5kg/m2,
2mm thickness consumed 2.5~3kg/m2.
5.Application on protective coat(layer): In order to increase the bonding strength between waterproofing
coat(layer) and protective coat(layer), we need to sprinkle some coarse sands or small stones on the last
waterproofing coat(layer) before it's not curing. It will increase the lift time for waterproofing coat(layer).
NOTE
1.Application Temp. under 5ºC to 45ºC.
2.We must take necessary protection for waterproofing coat(layer) before curing, includes prohibits
pedestrian, rain erosion, exposure, cold or damaged by edge item. No need to brush protective coat(layer)
after waterproofing coat(layer) is curing.
3.It should be sealed and stored above 5ºC, in shade and dry place, unopened coating shelf life is 1 year.
