Two Component Flexible Water Based Polymer Modified Cement Based Waterproofing Coating
INTRODUCTION
HS-17 (K11) Two Component Flexible Water Based Polymer Modified Cement Based Waterproofing Coating, it's liquid material is a synthetic rubber latex made of imported acrylic polymer emulsion additives and other additives. It's powder made of excellent quality cement, quartz sand and unique high polymer. A flexible elastomeric(resilience) waterproofing membrane formed by mixing liquid material and powder at certain ratio, membrane with excellent adhesion to concrete and mortar, it forms a permanent bonding tightly, which free from water infiltration, so as to reach excellent waterproofing performance.

1.All kinds of waterproofing systems on indoor or outdoor cement concrete, precast element, brick wall etc..
2.All kinds of waterproofing systems on underground car park, tunnel, well, water draining or water supplying pipe, floor roofing, wall floor, toilet, kitchen, flower box, swimming pool and drinking water pool, roofing etc..
3. All kinds of waterproofing systems on pipe mouth, floor drain, post-pouring band connecting mouth, joint
or expansion joint etc.

APPLICATION REQUEST
1.Substrate Treatment: Substrate is solid, flat, clean, free of dust, oil, hollowing and other loose things.
While finding obvious hole void and sand hole, we must level and plug it with cement mortar, repair convex
corner to round corner.
2.Material Mixing: Sufficiently mix liquid with powder in 2 - 3 mins to paste without mass of powders. Run
out of all mixed paste in 1h. (Weight ratio) liquid material : powder = 1 : 1.5.
3.Application: wetting substrate with water, brush mixed paste in crossing direction with fur brush or roll
brush, avoid leaking brushing, in general, brush more than 2 coats(layers), coat(layer) thickness keep
above 1.2mm. Brush next coat(layer) after last coat(layer) is tack-free.
4.Material Consumption: In theory, 1.0mm thickness waterproofing membrane consumed about 1.5 - 1.8kg/m2.(Total amount after mixed liquid with powder, above consumption under flat substrate), actual consumption will be different according to specific substrate and lose.
NOTE
1.Application temperature keeps 5 - 45 ºC.
2.We must take necessary protection for waterproofing coat(layer) before curing, includes prohibits pedestrian, rain erosion, exposure, cold or damaged by edge item. No need to brush protective coat(layer) after waterproofing coat(layer) is curing.
3.It should be sealed and stored above 5ºC, in shade and dry place, unopened coating shelf life is 1 year.
