Product Description
DCQ2 series brake is composed of a shell, armature, end cover, electromagnetic coils rectifier and other integral parts. When the magnetic coil is powered on, magnetic field is produced in the coils center and surrounding. Due to the armature and end cover are made of high purity of soft magnetic materials with small magnetic resistance, the magnetic coil can produce high magnetic induction intensity. According to the principle of electromagnet, a strong mutual attraction force would be produced between the end cover and armature, therefore, the armature would be picked to the side of end cover, and he armature lever would be pushed out due to its movement. The end of the armature is the application point of the output force of the brake.
