II. The structure and specifications of main equipment
1. Fourdrinier part: equipped with 10.83m fourdrinier wire 1 set, the fourdrinier table is coated by stainless steel. Φ700mmvacuum couch roll 1 pc. Stainless steel head box.
2. Press part: Φ600mm×2800mm×3100mm stone roll 1 pc, Φ550×2800mm×
3100mm rubber roll 1 pc, pneumatic pressure device.
3. Dryer part: Φ2000mm×2800mm×3100mm alloy dryer can 1 set, Φ1500mm×2800mm×3100mm dryer can 14 sets, arranged by 1+8+6, the second dryer can has Φ450mm×2800mm×3100mm reverse press roll 1 pc, Φ550mm×2800mm×3100mm touch roll 1 pc, pneumatic pressure device. Rubber shore hardness 90ºC±2. Multi-cylinder part has top and bottom dryer fabric devices.
4. Calendaring&winding part: three-roll calender 1 set, cylinder winding machine 1 set.
5. Drive&control part: the drive part is equipped with Φ500 speed reducer 1 set. Alternating current frequency conversion adjustable speed, sectional drive. Full digital closed loop control system.
