Jelly telephone cable:
Copper conductor solid polythene insulated communication cable with laminated Al-plastic composite sheath (in duct & aerial).
The cable is the telephone cable designed for telephine area and trunk lines, duct and aerial insulation. When the temperature is from -30 to +60 degrees centigrate, the electrical and mechanical performance shal not be changed.
HYA (5-3600 pairs): Solid insulated non-filled local cable;
HYAC (5-400 pairs): Self-supporting (figure 8) aerial cable;
HYAT (5-3600 pairs): Solid insulated jelly-filled local cable.
Several pairs of stranded wire are stranded unit by unit to becom the cable with a certain pitch.
It is finally cabled after different colored ribbons have been cabled unit by unit.
A non-hygroscopic polyester tape will be lapped out of the cable.
The cable core is filled with hot jelly.
An embossing AL tape is longitudinally covered out of the polyester tape.
It should be finally covered with HDPE external sheath.
