Brief Introduction:
Upper roller universal rolling machine is used for rolling certain plates into the form of drum and arc. The upper roller can move horizontally and vertically so the auxiliary equipments are not needed. It can finish the pre-bending and curvature forming of the two ends. The machines are widely used in the industries of petroleum, chemical, cement, shipyard, boiling, aviation, water conservation and important electricity transmission tower.

Hight accuracy-
The support rollers can be adjust to the suit the procession of steel plates with different thickness.
The length of straight line is changed by the amount of movement of upper roller which can be pre-set. The upper roller press the steel plate, change the steel plate into required shape.
Use rear bending process, eliminate end horn caused by the curving process. Products are with high roundness.
The displacement sensors sense the height of the upper rollers and then feedback to the programmable controller. The electromagnet reversing valve on the upper roller received the feedback from the controller, then synchronize both oil cylinders making the synchronization accuracy meet± 0.20mm.
Reducing Production Cost- Less worker will be needed to operate this machine, since it work automatically.
