System overview
The trainer is designed per nation vocational standard and industry standard and meets the teaching requirement of modern hydraulic transmission and electromechanical major courses including hydraulic and pneumatic transmission technology, hydraulic transmission and control, pneumatic control technology, hydraulic and PLC technology, pneumatic and PLC technology etc. The trainer integrates with hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC electrical control and hydraulic simulation technology, not only can satisfy the teaching requirement, but also can be used to do skill assessment and competence. It can train student abilities on assembling and debugging of hydraulic pump station, hydraulic system, and pneumatic system, electrical control technique, PLC application technique and hydraulic & pneumatic system operation maintenance etc skill. With the help of the trainer, the students can know the hydraulic component structure, hydraulic loop control principle and design method etc.

Device feature
1. Close to the industrial field: The hydraulic pump station is designed per industrial standard, added with assessment points. The hydraulic & pneumatic components are from branded manufactory. Adopting the hydraulic proportional valve and modular valve to accordance with industry application; The simulation device adopts industrial control device to close the field application.
2. Flexible system combination: Adopt modular structure, these modules can operate separately and also can be combined to be comprehensive control system, easy to update and expanse of system and expansion.

5. Low-noise: Adopt rigid connection between motor and pump shaft, oil tank and training bench are placed separately, using high-pressure hose to connect thus vibration source and other parts do not form a resonance, greatly reducing the noise and vibration generated by the pumping station.
6. Safety: With current leakage protection and over-current protection to prevent damage to equipment malfunction; With phase sequence protection, when off-phase or phase change, it will cut off the power supply to prevent motor reversal, system is equipped with ultra-high pressure unloading protection, avoid damage to the components and keep safe.
