Product Description

Hydraulic Tire Shaping and Curing Press
Function:
This press is used for vulcanization of high grade semi-steel passenger car/light truck tire with double half-moulds and segmented moulds, which can meet tire loading, shaping, vulcanizing and unloading automatically. This press can be cooled automatically with post cure inflator.

Features:
1. Frame mechanism enable separate vulcanization for the left and right mould.
2. Overhead type single-driving cylinders provide pressure to make even force and effective protection of segmented mould.
3. Bracing sidewall type tire holder prevents deformation of tire blank.
4. Tire grabbing and extracting mechanism adopts linear guide with stable performance.
5. The cylinders adopt imported world-famous brand products,which can work safely, Parker type sealing.
