A6401, is solvent freeα -cyanoacrylate adhesive.
It polymerizes highly with moisture in air. It's insensitive to the surface, general purpose, medium viscosity and bonds instantly.
Usage
Designed for bonding inert materials, hard to bond material, porous, acetic surface and absorbent material, such as plastic, rubber, leather, wood and cardboard etc.
Operation
1. Cleaning the surfaces that to be glued and coated, removing the rust, dust, greasy dirt and other
Foreign matter and substance. PUNADE cleaner A6755 is recommended.
2. Apply the product to one surface(or two surfaces), then press the two surfaces instantly.
3. Apply the glue in small quantity for better effect.
3. PUNADE activator A6712 can make the curing faster, dispense it on one surface, after solvent volatilizing, apply the adhesive on the other surface. Then press the two surfaces instantly.
4. For hard to bond material, use PUNADE primer A6770. Spray it evenly on one surface and wait to dry, press instantly after applying glue to the other surface.
Attention
1. Keep out of reach of children.
2. The product contains cyanoacrylate, which may irritate skin and eyes. So it is recommended to use the product at a well ventilated place.
3. The product can bond skin and eyes instantly, so please wear goggle and glove before operating.
4. In case of contact with skin, dip in warm soap water and peel off the glue from skin. Do not use knife to peel off.
5. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with clean water immediately and call a medical attention.
