JBS-Z series digital display Automatic feeding impact tester is mainly used to determine the anti-impact capability of ferrous metal materials with high toughness, especially for steel and iron and their alloy, under dynamic load.
This series tester is operated fully automatic; All test operation like pendulum rising, sample feeding, positioning, impact, pendulum rising again etc. Are automatically. Be applicable for continuing testing in different kinds of laboratories and other metallurgy industrial manufactories for large batch impact test work.
It is designed and developed according to standard of ISO148, ASTM E23.
1, Fully automatic, sample feeding, auto position the sample; High efficiency;
2, Pendulum rising, impact, sample feeding, position, free releasing is realized automatically by micro control meter;
3, Safety pin guaranties the impact action, standard protection shell to avoid any accident.
4, Pendulum will automatically rising and ready for next impact action after specimen breakout.
5, With two pendulums (big and small), digital display the energy loss, impact tenacity, rising angle, and test average value, meantime the dial scale show test result as well.
6, Built-in micro printer to print test result.
