It adopts Renishaw grating measuring system, which has high quality signal with corrosion resistance and stain resistance.
The base adopts cast iron with the same linear expansion coefficient of the test piece, which has the better temperature property than the granite base.
The measuring gauge has high geometry precision and good abrasion resistance.
It has coarse locating scale to make the measuring headstock rapidly move the position.
It provides the standard pipe scale made by professional company. We can also provide special pipe scale and main machine of all measuring range according to requirement of customer.
Uses
The length comparator us used to calibrate the dimensions of all calibrating lever, pipe scale, length bar, calipers and micrometer, It has measuring precision and operating efficiency. It is widely used to workshop field and inspecting room of large machine building industry, especially in the large axis bearing, source mechanism, aerospace vehicle and mining machine building industry.
